Construction process from scratch

When we talk about a construction from scratch, the first step before starting construction development is market research, understanding the needs and creating synchrony between the product, the environment and the client. The next step is to obtain the necessary permits and authorizations from the competent authorities for the construction of the project. This may include construction permits, environmental and urban impact authorizations, among others, once the permits are obtained, the contractors and suppliers necessary for the construction of the project are hired, within the development of the construction the land is prepared , the structure is erected, the service networks are installed, the finishes are detailed and finally delivery and marketing is carried out.
