The word change implies questioning the status quo and looking around us to decide if what we see is aligned with our current needs or our dreams for the future. It is the act of thinking if what we see motivates us, if it connects us, or if it gathers some opinions from our square meter of citizens.

Regardless of social strata, the word change carries within it to ask, demand, choose and synchronize.

The way we were living demands a change. On the one hand, we have less than 10 years to achieve those economic changes and habits that slow down the projection of a global temperature increase of 1.5 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, and speaking specifically in Panama, we have to continue demanding that all public and private real estate developments have sustainable elements that guarantee the same natural resources for future generations.

We all want to live better and longer, but to do so, we collectively have to make changes and live responsibly.

As we begin to observe, we will realize that no matter what profession or interest we have, we all have opportunities to be change agents. The interesting thing is knowing how to identify which changes generate value in the short, medium and long term.

The real estate sector requires changes. Changes in supply and changes in demand. Changes in the offer of real estate products, be it houses or offices, but also changes in the lifestyle of us, the market, which are rooted in primary health prevention and therefore well-being.

Wanting to live with quality means finding that key point (“sweet spot”) between being happy, feeling complete, being responsible with the environment and with our own health. From eating habits, physical activities, social contact and energy consumption to nourishing our mind and taking care of resources. In each of these words there are gray areas, incomplete arguments and therefore opportunities.

Wanting to offer a quality life, as developers, means fully understanding how the environments where we live affect our physical and mental health. Understanding that 90% of our life is spent indoors, generates a new perspective in the creation of real estate products. It doesn't mean adding features that drive up costs, it's adding value by balancing what the market and humanity consider to be most important. There are already two complete generations of fathers and mothers who have educated their children, among other things, in the culture of the land and in healthy eating.

We are facing two issues and three areas where we should generate greater impacts: the preservation of the planet's resources and human well-being, having a positive financial, social, and environmental impact.

It is no longer a challenge, it is a necessity and this is where the Synchro Projects service offer comes in.

Let's talk.
